Custom order requests require a minimum lead time of 2 weeks from request and require deposit payment of 50% of the order total upon acceptance in order to confirm the order. Rush order accommodations may be available by request only, for an additional charge.

IMPORTANT

When adding to your cart - you will be required to fill out an Order Request Form.

• Once the request is received, we will review and accept or deny the order request based on current availability.

• If accepted, you will be sent a link to confirm your custom order request and pay your deposit.

• The deposit must be paid for the order to be confirmed. If the deposit is not paid within 72 hours of acceptance, the order will be released from acceptance and the time table can no longer be guaranteed for fulfillment.
